    Event Description:

    Join the Chamber delegation to Washington, D.C. to voice your business needs and collaborate with the Coastal Bend's business leaders while meeting with the nation’s top legislators and policy officials.

    Attendees will have the unique opportunity to:

    • Participate in high-level meetings with U.S. administration officials and agencies
    • Gain access to our country’s key decision makers and advocate for local and regional issues important to the Coastal Bend
    • Network and make invaluable connections elected officials on the local, state and federal level, as well as other community members

    A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hyatt Place Washington DC/ National Mall at a rate of $219 per night plus tax.     Cancellation Policy

    The deadline to receive a refund for registration is close of business on Monday, September 18, 2017. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations will be accepted by e-mail only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and/or transaction number. No-shows for an event will be responsible for payment.
