    Responsibilities:

    • Order food for special events from vendors in coordination with the chef.

    • Monitor cost of goods from all vendors.

    • Ensure constant communication with vendors for food and event supplies.

    • Conduct meeting with clients and potential clients.

    • Conduct special tastings for clients and potential clients.

    • Prepare food, alcoholic beverages, and non-alcoholic beverages for special events.

    • Alcohol handling for events including pre-event measurements, post–event measurements, POS reconciliation.

    • Hire, supervise, and train all on call event staff.

    • Train bartenders.

    • Assist in the development of new and creative menu items.

      Job Requirements: A one year certificate from college or technical school is required; or three to six months of related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education or experience may also meet the required qualifications.
