Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist in planning, coordinating and executing private events.
Assist in developing catering BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)
Prepare and send out Animal Husbandry and Department Request Forms
Prepare and review floor plans.
Close out and scan the file after conclusion of each event.
A High School diploma or general education degree (GED) is required or one to three months related experience and/or training. An equivalent combination of education and experience may also be considered.
